Vous êtes attendus les lundis soirs dès le 25 mai 2026 à 19h00 pour travailler vos techniques de nage et de compensation, travailler en apnée dynamique et en apnée statique et effectuer la sécurité des autres apnéistes. Fidèles à nos bonnes habitudes, des jeux mettant au défi nos capacités d'apnéistes seront organisés et bien évidemment Sharky sera présent. La dernière session du 17 aout inclue une Soirée Spécial BBQ de clôture ''Amène un Ami''.Vive la plongée libre!

It's almost time to get back to training together in our beloved diving pool at Parc Jean Drapeau!
You are expected every Monday evenings from May 25th 2026 at 7:00 p.m. to work on your swimming and equalization techniques, work on dynamic and static apnea and ensure the safety of other freedivers. Faithful to our good habits, some games challenging our freediving skills will be organized and of course Sharky will be present. The last session on August 17th includes a Special Closing Evening BBQ ''Bring a Friend''.

Pré-requis: Certification en apnée sportive piscine d'une agence reconnu.
